About Me

 After graduating from Hull University with a BA hons in Economics, Politics and Sociology, I moved to London to work in social housing in the inner city.  Wishing to widen my horizons, I took a postgraduate diploma in Photojournalism at the London College of Printing, leaving behind Peckham for my first overseas assignment in Phnom Penh.

I have since worked as a photographer and filmmaker in over 50 countries for N.G.Os, publishers, magazines and corporate clients.  From 2013 to 2016 I worked as a multimedia producer for SciDev.Net – the leading online source of news and analysis on science and development. 

I live in South East London with my wife and two teenage daughters, who keep my feet firmly on the ground.
